Gem Engraving is a solely privately owned company and is a leading supplier of precision machine engraving, Vinyl Graphics and Sublimated Consumables.

GEM Engraving has been in business since 1989 and has enjoyed successful trading and growth. GEM has grown consistently over the years and is known for its quality of work, Job turnaround and competitive pricing.

GEM Lead by an enthusiastic owner (Mr S.German), has successfully developed and now satisfies a large cross section of industry. Many of which are Aerospace, Marine and MOD to name but a few.

In 1997 Gem Engraving gained FRL/QAM/5 Approval from, Cobham PLC and now undertakes engraving and light profiling from many of the cells. And has now also gained FR HI-TEMP, Weapons Carriage release,and Air to Air Refueling Approvals .

As Well as being Approved By Cobham PLC, GEM has Proved its worth to many other customers. Ranging From Marine, MOD, to the general public sector. GEM Currently Holds Approvals to Carry out Sub Contract Work either directly or indirectly for the following customers.

FR-HiTemp LTD, FRAviation LTD, BASCO, Field International LTD, Eaton Aerospace Ltd, FR Digital Systems, Alpha Precision Engineering, AeroTek Engineering and Many Many More Companies.

Our engraving craftsmen are trained to the highest standards using the very latest computer controlled engraving machines - including lasers, CNC Controlled Engraving Machines, Vinyl Plotters and Graphical Editing Packages – as well as sublimation print operations. This enables them to tackle the most complicated procedures and engraving requirements whilst still maintaining attention to detail and prompt delivery.

We produce to the customer’s requirements and nothing is too complicated for our craftsmen to manufacture to the highest possible standards. This means that we can supply a total package to commerce, industry and private clients alike.

The company provides a flexible service, meeting it's customers requirements and utilizes well-equipped plant and equipment.

Staffed by experienced an innovative precision engravers and CAD operators, our customers can be assured of the quality of our product from the design stage through to the finishing.

All the materials we engrave onto are the very best quality from flexible self adhesive vinyl , rigid laminates in various colours and thicknesses, Perspex,Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Brass supplied to us by leading manufacturers.

Our modern workshop contains some of the most up to date computerized engraving machines available. Enabling us to work direct from Visual Toolbox and Sign One and many other industry standard drawing packages.

Using computerized technology means that we can do if faster, cheaper and to a far superior standard, than our competitors..

We are able to deal with extra large control panel and mimic fascias. The ability to import customer’s files enables us to reproduce exactly what our customers require. We are able to read most file formats including the following: DXF, DWG, EPS, PLT, HPGL, CDR, TIFF, JPG, etc Contact us for other formats.
